This notice covers grockylabs.com. Each Grocky product has its own terms and data-processing agreements.
What We Collect
When you use our contact form we collect what you enter: your name, email, and optionally your company, phone number, product interest and message. We record the time of submission. To prevent abuse we briefly use your IP address for rate limiting. We store a one-way hash of it, not the address itself.
What We Don't Do
- We don't use advertising or tracking cookies, and we don't run analytics trackers on this site.
- We don't sell or rent your information.
- We don't add you to marketing email without your agreement, and every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.
How We Use It
To respond to you, arrange demos, and manage our relationship with you as a prospect, customer or partner. Your submission is stored in our own systems. Members of our team, including AI agents acting under human supervision, may read it to prepare a reply.
Third Parties
This site loads fonts from Google Fonts and images from Unsplash, which receive your IP address when those files load. Product videos are embedded from YouTube in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com); YouTube may set cookies once you play a video. We use service providers for hosting and email who process data on our behalf.
Retention
We keep contact submissions for as long as needed to respond and maintain the relationship, and delete them on request.
Your Choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information, or to stop contacting you, through our contact form.
Changes
If we change this notice we'll update the date above.
